The first longplayer of "Nina & the Hot Spots" documents impressively on which stylistic playground the quintet from Freiburg feels most comfortable: From Swing to Rockabilly to Jump Blues and Jazz, they confidently pull out all the stops that make up these branches of Rock'n'Roll.

The album contains 13 songs, twelve of which were written by the band. The powerful organic sound was recorded live together, mixed in-house and mastered and refined at the venerable Abbey Road Studios London.
