After Nicole withdrew from the public eye for a while to devote all her energy to fighting cancer, she finally returned in 2023 with a major tour. 42 years ago, at the age of just 17, Nicole won the Eurovision Song Contest for Germany with "Ein bisschen Frieden", which brought Nicole millions in sales and top rankings throughout Europe. In the four decades that have passed since this first sensational success of the Euro Gold single, two dozen more longplayers have followed, for which she has won 11 Golden Tuning Forks and 17 times first place in the ZDF Hit Parade.

Her second place at the World Popular Song Festival in Tokyo (1983) was followed by an ECHO Pop in the nineties, several Goldene Europa awards, the smago! Award in 2017 and the Hans Rosenthal Prize for their social commitment in 2023. Her live CD contains 23 sound gems - excellently staged by her great band, consisting of outstanding musicians (Jens Carstens, Achim Meier, Mickey Meinert and Zoran Grujovski) partly from the Helene Fischer Live Band, as well as her expressive voice and performance.
