The NEKROMANTIX wanted to mix good old rock'n'roll and rockabilly with the energy of their “high octane punk”, and they succeeded with their milestone “Hellbound”. With a playing tempo that almost overruns you, driven by double bassist Kim Nekroman, who used to be a drummer in a rockabilly band, and not least by Peter Sandorff, who we know today not only from his work with MAD SIN but above all from his current band HOLA GHOST. NEKROMANTIX are regarded as co-initiators of the second psychobilly wave thanks to their harder, edgier sound.
