Gary Moore has shaken up the world of blues and rock with his virtuoso guitar playing and soulful voice. Moore has played in numerous legendary bands, including Thin Lizzy and Skid Row, and is considered one of the most influential Irish musicians of all time, especially through his solo career.

The Northern Irish star, who has been honored with signature guitars by both Gibson and Fender, is still considered one of the best guitarists of all time. "A Different Beat" was Moore's 12th solo album, on which he explored new areas of blues and rock. This album has never been released on vinyl and features new annotations by Dave Everley. This release comes on clear orange vinyl and includes the bonus track "Can't Help Myself (E-Z Rollers Remix)".
