In June 2015, the American blues and souls singer Mighty Sam McClain died with 72 years of stroke. In addition to Solomon Burke and Percy Sledge, the powerful, multi-Grammy-nominated artist was considered one of the last major R & B voices of the first generation. Mighty Sam McClains Baritone was soaked with soul and gospel, deeply rooted in the music culture of his homeland Louisiana, where he was born in 1943 in the town of Monroe.
