(The Last Music Company) 7 tracks. Rare Live Performances 1978 is the only other recording of Don Weller's band Major Surgery that exists.

The lineup on this 1978 live recording from one of the UK's most original jazz fusion bands includes Pete Jacobsen on keyboards. The material differs from the studio album release and shows the individual brilliance of each musician. The recordings were made with a cassette recorder at the time, but restored to the highest standards at the time of production in 2020. Some hissing and fluttering can still be heard in places. The recordings are made available in the absence of other releases in memory of Don Weller (1940-2020), Tony Marsh and Pete Jacobsen.
