Under Cover and Still Alive is something special from longtime psychobilly trio The Lucky Devils.
This double CD set presents a brand new studio album on the first disc; brand new in the sense of being recent recordings released for the first time, although the songs themselves are old classics.
This is the "Under Cover" portion of the album, where the Devils take classic songs from the 1960s, '70s and '80s and spice them up with psychobilly adrenaline.
The songbooks of The Four Tops, The Kings, REM, Kiss, The Zombies, Depeche Mode, Rolling Stones, Midnight Oil, Matt Bianco and The Clash are plundered, and the resulting psychobilly-style reworkings are a resounding success.

The second disc, "Still Alive," is an excellent recording of the gig that marked the Lucky Devils' 15th anniversary.
This strong set consists of on-stage performances of highlights from the band's first decade and a half and, unlike the first disc, is heavily weighted with Lucky Devils originals.
