Erster Top Ten Hit: How Long Has It Been (1966) Bobby Lewis, Sänger, Gitarrist und Lautenspieler, wurde oft als „The Artist Who Plays The Lute“ angekündigt. In den 60er Jahren kam er zur Grand Ole Opry, schaffte 1966 einen spektakulären Top Ten Hit und blieb mit einer ganzen Serie von Erfolgstiteln weiterhin im Gespräch.
