Artistry can be done in many ways and with many means: flying bodies on the trapeze in the ring or fascinating juggling with the finest porcelain or, or... However, the effect is usually the same: first open mouths in amazement and then enthusiastic amusement.

Artistik also runs Matthias Köppel, namely Wort-Artistik! He called his art Starckdeutsch and so far it can only be found between the covers of books if you are not lucky enough to see Köppel live.

But as self-reading of Starckdeutsch is something for advanced learners, the call for a consumer-friendly CD became louder and louder. Voila, Berlin's Stadtradio 88 8 and Bear Family are now fulfilling this wish. Have fun!

Artistik kann man auf vielerlei Art und mit vielerlei Mitteln betreiben: fliegende Körper am Trapez in der Manege oder faszinierende Jonglage mit feinstem Porzellan oder, oder... Der Effekt ist jedoch zumeist gleich: zunächst vor Staunen offene Münder und dann begeistertes Amüsement.

Artistik betreibt auch Matthias Koeppel, und zwar Wort-Artistik! Mit dem Begriff Starckdeutsch hat er seine Kunst bezeichnet und bislang gibt es sie nur zwischen Buchdeckeln zu finden, wenn man nicht das Glück hat, Koeppel einmal live zu erleben. Da aber das Selbstlesen von Starckdeutsch etwas für Fortgeschrittene ist, wurde der Ruf nach einer konsumfreundlichen CD immer lauter.
