With their combination of the T-Birds' Texas energy, and the harmonica virtuosity of players like William Clarke, they soon became one of the leading bands in California. Young Mitch Kashmar was the singer and harmonica player. When the band members separated to go their own ways, '100 Miles To Go' remained the Pontiax' only musical legacy.
