JW-Jones, the young Candian guitar slinger, singer, songwriter and bandleader, just gets better and better with each new album. JW-Jones, the guitar player, stands in the tradition of blues greats like Albert Collins, Lonnie Mack, Ronnie Earl, and Jimmie Vaughan. He can rock, too, although rock/blues is not his thing. Without ever sounding old-fashioned or even outdated, JW is mixing his blues roots with rock guitar sounds from the 1960s. We love him!
