(1999 'Paul Pelletier') Hardcover Eine äußerst wertvolle Publikation für alle, die sich intensiv mit dem Thema 'Blues' beschäftigen. Der Autor hat auf 800 Seiten mit unglaublicher Akribie zusammengetragen, an welcher Stelle in welcher Veröffentlichung - Bücher, Zeitschriften und Linernotes - etwas zu einem bestimmten Bluesmusiker geschrieben steht. Allein das Register umfaßt dreispaltig dreißig Seiten(!). Kein Lesebuch, doch ein praktischer Leitfaden auf der Suche nach Information / a very useful and valuable publication. The author has compiled an 800-pages bibliography listing thousands of blues artists. Wherever something has been published on a certain musician - books, magazines, liner notes - you will find source details here. Along with its register (30 pages!) this is a helpful and welcomed publication.
