Sara Evans had her hit 23 years ago with "True Lies" and was extremely successful in the first decade of 2000. After all, five of her top hits and four of her albums reached platinum status, i.e. more than one million copies sold.

However, the good-looking lady got into a pitiless marriage, or divorce war, with her first husband, Republican MP Craig Schelske.
She had to pay a total of over one million dollars until the marriage was finally divorced. This also threw her back musically, because the hits became rare and the record contract was not renewed.

Her last album "Words", which sounded very pop-oriented, was released in August 2017.

Now Sara Evans has been back in the studio to record her 10th studio album - Copy That.

She has consciously chosen something special: She chose 13 songs that she always liked very much, and she didn't care which musical corner they came from.

Together with Jarrad K., she took over the production of the album and you can always hear that Sara Evans has a great voice.
