45 years of Deltas and 30 years since the release of the album “From Fleetville To Vegas” on Rockout Records.
So it was only a matter of time to celebrate this double anniversary with a solid reissue of the album.
It was the fourth studio album at the time and took the Deltas in a more bluesy, jazzy direction than the two previous albums, without losing their legendary neo-rockabilly punch.
With a successful mix of cover versions and two self-penned tracks by Boz Boorer (who was then, as now, a temporary member of the Deltas), the album was another milestone in their long-running career.
30 years later, the band thought it was time to give this album a little freshness by upgrading the release with two unreleased tracks from the original session (Whole Lotta Gal / Around And Around) as well as four brand new tracks that the band recorded earlier this year at Boz Boorer's Serra Vista Studios.
This move transforms the original 10-inch release into a 12-inch record.
