Wolfsburger Acappella-Formation unter dem Namen "The Chaperals" erstmalig auf einer Bühne 1987,  zählt bis heute zu den bekanntesten deutschen Gruppen, die sich dem Gesangsstil der 50er und 60er Jahre, dem sogenannten Doo-Wop, verschrieben haben.
