Sandy Carroll had three songs in the top three Indie Blues charts and her 2016 album, Last Southern Belle, reached #1 in the Roots Music Reports Contemporary Country Chart. Sandy has returned to her blues roots with Blues & Angels. She was an integral part of Beale Street in Memphis and was honored with a note on Beale Street.

The album is produced by triple Grammy winner Jim Gaines. She is supported by the top studio musicians from Memphis and Shellflights. She is a singer, songwriter and storyteller, so this album is not her typical blues album. Her co-authors include Hall of Fame author Mark Narmore and other Nashville and Mussel Shoals hits.
