Charles Caldwell: Remember Me

Fat Possum talent scout/producer Matthew Johnson discovered this player only 11 mls away from his office. Since R.L. Burnside quit touring, Caldwell was supposed to fill the gap left by R.L. Plans were made for him to tour the world after the release of this album. But in September 2003, Caldwell died of cancer. His music will live on, though. This is electrifying Delta style blues in the best tradition, rough, raw, powerful, dark and scaring. A huge discovery, maybe a little too late ... CHARLES CALDWELL - gtr/voc, various drummers.

Just The Way You Are is a compilation devoted to the romantic side of popular music, bringing together recordings by various artists under one memorable theme. The title immediately points toward love songs, emotional performances and the kind of timeless pop atmosphere that works perfectly for relaxed listening. Released by Disky, this collection offers an easy way to explore different artists and recordings within a single compilation rather than focusing on one performer alone. That makes it an appealing choice for listeners who enjoy variety and who appreciate themed collections of classic popular music. FOMO for collectors and fans of romantic pop compilations: Just The Way You Are brings together different voices and songs around one central theme and can make a welcome addition to a collection of classic love-oriented music. If you enjoy discovering familiar sounds alongside less obvious selections, this is a release worth keeping an eye out for before it disappears from your collection list.
