“Mind Of A Country Boy” is the eighth studio album by five-time Entertainer of the Year Luke Bryan. Bryan, a native of Georgia who now lives in Tennessee, has sold over 75 million records, performed in front of more than 14 million fans on his sold-out stadium headliner tours and his own festival ‘Crash My Playa’, and served as a judge on ‘American Idol’. “Mind Of A Country Boy” is his first new album in four years. The singer comments: ”I was able to take my time and really put together songs for this album. If it's a song I recorded two or three years ago and I still love it and it still sounds fresh, then I feel like it will stand the test of time.”
The 14-track album includes the singles “Country On,” “But I Got a Beer in My Hand,” and “Love You, Miss You, Mean It,” of which Bryan says, “It was special the first time I heard it. I knew it had appeal. It's about young love and the whole process of trying to make relationships work through the cycles of on-and-off. My wife and I went through that journey while in college, and I know that many people out there have as well.”
