KazOnDaBeat is one of the most important producers of the Deutschrap New Wave. Pretty much every relevant rapper has to have a Kaz-Beat to underline his standing. 

Xaver grew up in a family of artists in Berlin Charlottenburg and was accordingly introduced to music at an early age. His mother Branwen Okpako is a Nigerian filmmaker, his father Johannes Brandrup is a German film and theater actor, and his stepfather Jean-Paul Bourelly is an African-American jazz musician.

His siblings Ilan Brandrup (NALI) and Bibi Bourelly are also making a name for themselves in the music industry. The latter, for example, wrote "Diamonds" by Rihanna.
Inspired by artists like Black Thought and Kanye West, he first writes his lyrics in English, meanwhile he raps in German.
In addition to his technical rap skills, he also demonstrates great flair for a thoughtful and refreshing use of words on the lyrical level. Xaver is an artist through and through - not only does he plan and shoot his music videos himself, he even provides the artwork for his music.
