Raised in Santa Barbara, California with Mexican roots, Pep Torres began singing in the early '80s, first learning to play guitar to his favorite records and throughout his career earning the appreciative respect of peers like Ray Campi, Lee Rocker and Big Al Downing. The artist, who likes to be labeled as The New Ritchie Valens or Latino Rockabilly Cat, has toured the U.S. as well as Canada and Europe repeatedly and extensively, and is also a member of Ray Campi's Rockabilly Rebels.

The Many Sides Of Pep Torres features 19 great original compositions plus two cover versions, the majority of the classic 50's rockabilly songs were recorded in a quintet setting with additional saxophone. Pep Torres shines with his bright melodic vocals in the style of Paul Anka, Charlie Feathers or Ritchie Valens, in English and Spanish, the band impresses with stylish and elegant playing.
