The Cornells, a mid-1960s Pacific Northwest surf band originally known as the Tornados, appear here as The Surf Riders with an album called “Ten Tons of Wet,” one of many interesting, obscure albums from the stable of mysterious, legendary Los Angeles musician, producer and entrepreneur Johnny Kitchen. The original LP was released in 1968 and fetches high prices in collectors' circles.
