Fritz Stamer
As early as 1923, the pianist made his first recordings under the name Fred Steamer. He becomes an orchestral and studio musician with Otto Stenzel and Ernst Weiland, among others. Stamer published a few titles under his own name during the last months of the war at the DGG/Polydor, including "Ich warte auf Dich" from the film "Frau meiner Träume" (1944), composed by Franz Grothe.
