The sound of the Colorado bluegrass quartet Spring Creek is a testament to an intense exploration not only of the pioneers of original bluegrass like Bill Monroe and Flatt & Scruggs, but also of the first generation of progressive bluegrass musicians like New Grass Revival and Hot Rize.
