You remember this album from 1994... it's the one with the hit “Need You Around” that was “running around” pretty much everywhere at the time, including the movie Clueless (incidentally, “Lucky Day” from this album was in Tommy Boy, “Mrs. You & Me” was in Angus and “Gotta Know Right Now” was in Boys). This led to the Popes opening for bands like Morrissey, whose voice sounds very similar to singer-songwriter Josh Caterer - one of the three Caterer brothers in the band (Moz himself described this album as “extraordinary, the most lovable thing I've heard in years”).
