The Rhythm Torpedoes kommen aus dem Großraum Marburg-Gießen, Hessen, Deutschland und sind eine Kapelle, die sich der Musik der 50er Jahre und ihrer WILDen Varianten verschrieben hat. Gegründet 2011 aus einer Schnapslaune heraus, hat sich nach einigen Wechseln an den Instrumenten die aktuelle Besetzung gefunden.
Im Programm befinden sich hauptsächlich dynamische Eigenkompositionen. Nach Lust und Laune werden aber auch bekannte und nicht so bekannte Stücke diverser Interpreten zum besten gegeben.
Live wird immer ungebremst und mit Volldampf gespielt, so kennt man die Rhythm Torpedoes.
