Patience and Prudence, an early example of the Osmonds syndrome, were sisters 'discovered' by their father, song-writer Mark McIntyre, in 1956. Aged 11 and 14 they had two novelty hits in that year on Liberty. 'Tonight You Belong To Me' reached No. 6, and 'Gonna Get Along With-out You Now' No. 12.
