Who was/is The Nite Rockers ? - CDs, Vinyl LPs, DVD and more

Not everyone on RCA’s rock and roll roster possessed the staying power of Elvis. The Nite Rockers came and went in an instant, their Oh! Baby and its opposite side Nite Rock (Lonely Train) the sum total of the momentary stay. Released in late summer of 1958, the exciting Oh! Baby, written by Nite Rocker Bob Abdinoor, was published by Salem Music in Wakefield, Massachusetts. The same firm published Nite Rock, penned by Abdinoor, Nite Rockers saxist Patrick Kaloustian, and Robert Maderios. The 45 showed enough promise to gain release on the British RCA imprint as well. Born March 6, 1943 in Chelsea, Mass., Kaloustian was a multi-instrumentalist who later moved to Augusta, Maine and played solo piano at a local restaurant as well as spending nearly a quarter century with the Sunny River band. He died March 27, 2016 in Augusta after a lengthy illness.
