Record Labels: RCA, Conqueror, Decca, Rare Arts, ABC Frank Luther, ein Sänger, der im Pop- und Country-Music-Bereich viel Erfolg hatte und der weit über 500 Songs geschrieben hat. In den späten 20er Jahren hatte er sich mit Carson J. Robison zusammengetan und oft mit ihm im Duett gesungen. Auf Schallplatten hatten sich die beiden oft Bud und Joe Billings genannt.
