Who was/is Jerry Keller ? - CDs, Vinyl LPs, DVD and more
Jerry Keller, born on June 20, 1937 in Fort Smith, Arkansas, formed his first group, the Lads of Note in Tulsa. In 1959, he signed to Kapp records.
The same year he wrote and recorded the quintessential 'high school' record, 'Here Comes Summer' which reached No. 14 in the Hot Hundred. He wrote Andy Williams' 1965 hit, 'Almost There'.
