662, the second solo album by American blues guitarist and singer Christone 'Kingfish' Ingram, comes just two years after his acclaimed debut album 'Kingfish'. And like its predecessor, it is a powerful and personal album.

Ingram described his first single, the title track '662', as an ode to his roots, a nod to the area where he was born and raised. 662 is the area code for his hometown of Clarksdale, Mississippi. The song is a flagship for the new album of the young American guitarist and singer, who discovered his love for the blues as a child. He learned to play drums, bass and eventually guitar. Today, the 22-year-old is one of the best the genre currently has to offer. In addition to his own albums, he has also recorded with musicians such as Eric Gales, Buddy Guy and Keb Mo and has shared stages with old and young blues greats such as the Tedeschi Trucks Band, Samantha Fish, Bob Margolin, Eric Gales, Mr. Sipp, Rick Derringer, Guitar Shorty and Buddy Guy.
