Ein schöner Portion Lou'sianna Blues trifft auf den Swamp Rock und ist immer im Rhythmus und Harmonie verwurzelt. Drummer und Leadsänger Jerry McWorter hat alle ihre originalen Melodien zusammen mit Bassist und Sänger Brent Harding geschrieben. Hot Roux verfügt über gleichermaßen kraftvolle Gitarrenarbeit von Ed Berghoff und / oder Kyle Jester. Beide Spieler haben einen einzigartigen Stempel von Originalität und Stil.

Hot Roux kommt aus Ventura, CA, und war ein lokaler Favorit für die letzten Jahre. Die Band erfüllt die Erwartungen: In Louisiana ist ein Router eine Sauce aus Gewürzen, Mehl und Butter. Diese Musiker servieren ein tangy smorgasbord von gerade blues bis rockabilly zu sumpfigen Cajun Geschmack Rock'n'Roll.
