The highly anticipated project is a tribute to Grammy and CMA Award-winning country legend Joe Diffie and was released in collaboration with the Diffie estate on the fourth anniversary of his passing. The album features 17 reinterpretations of Diffie classics, previously unreleased recordings from 2006 and a previously unreleased original (“Life Had Plans For Me”) featuring Diffie's son Parker. Other members of Diffie's beloved family contributed background vocals on a lively rendition of “Prop Me Up Beside The Jukebox (If I Die)” as part of the Difftones - a one-song supergroup consisting of Diffie and the vocal groups of various artists on the project.
