The Go-Getters
Not to be confused with the Swedish Neo Rockabilly band The Go Getters. This band The Go-Getters came from Denmark. They were hot on the scene around early to mid-1960s not only on the Scandinavian circuit. The band emerged from the duo Lyngby Rhythm Boys by Jan Blangstrup and John Hartvigsen in 1960. Hartvigsen was the band's lead singer and was often nick-named the Danish Cliff Richard.
Their musical style was in their early times something in-between of The Everly Brothers, The Allisons and The Shadows. Danish Rock'n'Roll later to be influenced by the British Beat invasion.
