Whether on the banks of the Mississippi or deep in the heart of Germany - rock'n'roll lives, breathes and burns everywhere. The Georgia Thunderbolts hail from Rome, GA, at the foot of the Appalachian Mountains. Their style is steeped in Southern Rock and Blues Rock. On 'Can We Get A Witness', their debut album for Mascot Records, the quintet - J. Lyle (vocals, harp, piano), Riley Couzzourt (guitar), Logan Tolbert (guitar), Zach Everett (bass, keys) and Bristol Perry (drums) - invoke a tried and true spirit with newly fanned fire.

Describing themselves as hardworking, determined and humble, the 13 songs on 'Can We Get A Witness' were recorded with producer Richard Young at Barrick Recording Studio in Glasgow, Kentucky. Even the opener 'Take It Slow', wrapped in a seething groove with pulsating drums, whiskey-soaked riffs and ferocious harmonica playing, struts out of the gate into the world with confidence and charisma.
