Englische Studiogruppe, die im Stil von James Last Welthits in jazziger Form nachspielt. Gegründet 1970 von Blues-Sänger und Gitarrist Alexis Korner und seinem Partner und Texter Peter Thorup. Auf die Idee kam Mickie Most, der auch Suzi Quatro entdeckte. Als die Gruppe mit einer neuen Version des ersten Led Zeppelin-Hits „Whole Iotta Love' in den Hitparaden auftauchte, wurden Informationen wie Staatsgeheimnisse verheimlicht. Nur langsam wurde bekannt, dass Alexis Korner hinter der Sache steckte. Für ihn war die Platte der erste Erfolg in den Hitparaden und der erste kommerzielle Durchbruch. 1973 trennte er sich wieder von der Gruppe und wandte sich wieder dem Blues zu. Da die Gruppe praktisch nie existierte und nur für Plattenaufnahmen im Studio zusammenkam, war das auch das Ende der Band. „Walkin'' und „Tap turns on the Water' waren weitere Hits, die letzte LP war „The best Band in the Land'.
