"From the moment I saw Travellin' Light on the play list, I thought, Oh Dear this isn't for me! But because the musicians are amongst the most respected in the UK,
I gave it a listen out of politeness...and then, like a rabbit caught in strong head lights, Wham!! Bam it hit me! Now this is different!! The 1st track sets the tone for an album that leaves you nervous, happy, fired up and sweating. It picks you up, slaps you around, spits in your 'authentic' eye and leaves you flat on the floor exhausted! Nobody should be doing this to our music! Fast when it should be
slow - slow when it should be fast, Holy Cow, it's like a whole alternative rockin' dimension.

If you thought you knew how Darrel Higham plays guitar, think again. Think Darrel /Werewolf /Rockabilly/ Powerhouse/note bending madness, and your halfway there... Along with John Lewis's whisky fuelled, tortured, twisted vocals, odd keys, up-tempo in traditionally slow numbers, no respect for singing traditions or boundaries, rip your throat out wildness... Add a hard as nails Rhythm section with the totally tremendous Bandido, Roger Van Niekerk, and stand well back.

This will be melting turntables around the globe, fuelling anarchy in the Rockin' world - these bastardised songs are pushing the frontiers of Rockabilly to dark places where previously Angels, Rockabillies and the sane fear to tread!..
