“Carolina Blues Man” is the solo acoustic album by singer and guitarist Pink Anderson. The album was originally released in 1961 on the Prestige label Bluesville and is characterized by its mix of fingerpicking and strumming, with which he interprets blues standards such as “My Baby Left Me This Morning” and “Baby, Please Don't Go” in a unique way. This release has been pressed on 180-gram vinyl at QRP and remastered from the original (AAA), while a replica of the tip-on sleeve rounds off the package.
