He started out as the bandleader and guitar player in his uncle's band. Piano Red aka Dr. Feelgood was his name. Later he worked with the Tams and Hank Ballard. In 1968 he retired from music. Thirty years later he was back on the scene. Today, he is touring the world a s a member of the 'Music Maker Revue'. Soul, r&b and blues are presented on his first solo album. Solid.
