Every Beatles album release in the '60s was accompanied by a flood of opportunistic cover versions. Most were largely ignored by record buyers, but The Young Idea was a vocal duo consisting of Tony Cox and Douglas MacRae-Brown. The duo released five singles and this album on EMI's budget Music For Release imprint, THE YOUNG IDEA, which hit #10 in the UK in the summer of 1967 with the upbeat Sgt. Pepper tune With A Little Help From My Friends.
