Album notes:

As we recover from the pandemic nightmare, I felt that an upbeat title theme for this year's Dreamboats & Petticoats album was appropriate. And what could be a better title than Love Affair's classic top ten hit from 1969, Bringing On Back The Good Times.

My previous musical collaborators Bill Kenwright and Laurie Mansfield have also embraced the feel good factor and decided that this was a great opportunity to create a new show which has been written again by the award winning duo Marks and Gran and this will go on tour from early next year.

I've decided to move the repertoire forward a few years to embrace more later 60s and some very early 70s songs which will also be reflected in the new musical as the characters grow up from youth club attending teenagers to their mid twenties.
I've themed the four CDs broadly pop, flower power, rock and romance allowing a fantastic array of some of the greatest songs ever written and recorded by some brilliantly talented artist which I'm sure you will appreciate.'
