Already Free (2009), the ninth studio album by The Derek Trucks Band, the band had more time to mature, and the sound of the album is more balanced between the various contributions of its members, who developed the overall impact of the album when they arranged the songs recorded for it. The album marks the band's highest debut to date in the Billboard Top 200 charts. The album won the 2010 Grammy Award for best contemporary blues album.
