Esoteric Recordings is releasing a collection of remastered CDs & DVDs of The Move. Magnetic Waves Of Sound' contains a newly remastered CD (21 tracks) featuring all of The Move's hit singles and essential tracks from the band's four studio albums.

. The attached DVD, which contains hour-long footage shot between 1967 and 1970, is a genuine novelty and includes 21 appearances on BBC TV, German TV, a performance of 'Fire Brigade' at Top Of The Pops (February 1968), as well as the full performance of Color Me Pop for BBC 2 (January 1969). The DVD contains the commercial 'I Can Hear The Grass Grow', three songs recorded live in June 1967 for the German TV show Beat, Beat, Beat and select performances of The Move on the German TV show Beat Club.

Of all the bands that emerged in Britain in the latter half of the 1960s, The Move were probably one of the best and most successful. The Move were a powerful live band, featuring Roy Wood, one of the most inventive songwriters of the time. Magnetic Waves of Sound appropriately celebrates the legacy of The Move and includes a lavishly crafted booklet, a new essay by Mark Paytress and a poster.
