geb. 20. 9. 1895 in Memphis/Tennessee gest. 26. 8. 1955 Record Labels: RCA Columbia, Decca Bob Miller, Sänger und Komponist, arbeitete unter sehr vielen Pseudonymen, so zum Beispiel als Bob Kackley, Bob Ferguson, Bob Burnett, Sherman & Lee und Bill Palmer. Er leitete zeitweise eine eigene Band, die ,Bob Miller's Syncopaters". Daneben schrieb er unzählige Hits, darunter ,Eleven Cent Cotton“, ,Chime Bells“, „Seven Years With The Wrong Woman“, ,There's A Star Spangled Banner Waving Somewhere“ und „Pretty Boy Floyd“.
