Currently the singer and songwriter has a new album at the start: Once again Hermann Lammers Meyer has released one of his magnificent CDs. A total of 20 songs (some unreleased) are immortalized on the disc, some of them newly edited according to the motto "they're too good to vegetate on various CDs in front of you." At the same time it is a cross-section through his work of the last years, and there he has quite something to show.

Plenty of variety is provided by new duets with the now deceased Ann Pascoe, his sister Marion Möhring, Jeff Chance, Michael Thomason and David Pool, as well as new vocal versions of "Texas Me" and the classic and Bee Gees song "First Of May". And he absolutely gets it right when he does this. In addition, two brand new songs were recorded with his Emsland Hillbillies at Erwin Wilken's Firrel Studio and added to this great production. Of course, two wonderful Christmas songs, fitting for the Advent season, also find a place on the CD. It is a typical Hermann Lammers Meyer album, there is not a second of boredom, but one listens with interest until the end. This is how a good album must be conceived and that Hermann Lammers Meyer can do this, he has proven often enough.
