geb. 21. 3. 1919 in Greeley/Colorado Record Labels: Capitol, RCA Eddie Kirk, ein Sänger der 40er und frühen 50erJahre, war an der Westküste aktiv. Er hatte mit seinen Schallplatten zwar wenig Erfolg, doch gehörte er mit zu jenen Musikern, die sich erfolgreich dafür eingesetzt hatten, dass der Name ,Hillbilly“ durch „Country“ ersetzt wurde.
