Mystic Records are proud to release the first studio CD from Michael Katon for nearly eight years. Michael originated from Hell in Michigan which is where he learnt how to really set a CD and stage alight! Michael Katon released his first record thirty years ago and is renowned for playing rock and roll and blues with a raw, mean and spirited boogie sound. Michael started playing with local bands in the clubs around Detroit from age of 15 and has infused the traditional blues sound with his own Michigan attitude and is considered one of the world's finest exponents of power blues rock. It is his dirty boogie style, hoarse vocals and hard-hitting riffs that have helped Katon win popularity with fans of hard rock and metal music as well as blues fans. This release has twelve 'high powered' Blues Rock and Boogie tunes and will be welcomed by his many fans worldwide and will be touring to promote the album.
