Ein Album auf dem Höhepunkt der Zeit, innovativ ohne die Blueswurzeln zu leugnen, spannend mit frischen Ideen, gut produziert, extrem kurzweilig. Diese Produktion sollte sowohl Liebhabern KLASSISCHER Sounds als auch den Suchern des Neuen gefallen. Für mich schon jetzt eine der faszinierendsten Veröffentlichungen des Jahres! Besetzung: meist im Trio, gelegentlich mit Keyboards / with this outstanding release he is leaving his country blues roots behind.
