Elvis - Tributes

No other artist has as many imitators and especially impersonators than Elvis Presley. They come from all over the world, from all cultures and all backgrounds. One never knows, there might even be alien impersonators out there! Also, many fans come up with their own collection of songs or even better, their own compositions about the King. Further, many artists covered Elvis or recorded tributes. In this section, we offer a select variety of items concerning the above mentioned.
Highlights are the CD "Elvis Hits in Deutsch," and releases by the masked Elvis imitator Orion.
Bear Family released an entire box by Orion entitled "Who Was the Masked Man?" Like his idol, Orion died a tragic death. A shopkeeper in real life, Jimmy Ellis (his real name) was shot during an armed robbery at his store on December 12, 1998.
