Cuby & The Blizzards: To Blind To See (LP, 180g Vinyl, Colored, Ltd.)
(Music On Vinyl) 7 tracks, colored vinyl (purple), limited and numbered
The legendary Dutch blues formation Cuby & Blizzards, founded by singer Harry Muskee and guitarist Eelco Gelling, released their fifth studio album in 1970. It was the follow-up to "Appleknockers Flophouse" and contains more of the energetic blues-rock they were famous for. Besides some twists and turns in pop music, the album also contains an excellent cover of Dizzie Gillespie's jazz instrumental "Birk's Works".
This album shows the versatility of this fantastic group of musicians. Available as 50th anniversary edition on purple vinyl.
