Delivery times**

Dear customers, dear friends of Bear Family,

We are using our best endeavors to fulfill your demands in terms of shipping your order in a promptly manner. Our staff is re-ordering temporarily sold-out items from our suppliers on a daily basis. For most of the 30,000+ catalog items we can guarantee a delivery time from just a few days, to a maximum of three weeks. As they are stocking contemporary standard repertoire, most of the major online stores are buying from just a handful of sources, thus allowing them shipping on short terms.

 

We are buying from several hundred small accounts, and even smallest accounts from all over the world. Record dealers, tiny labels, distributors – and even artists themselves are supplying us with our fine catalog of American country, rock’n’roll, blues and roots music. Once an item is sold out, it may take the producer a couple of months to re-print, due to minor budgets or other commitments. It may happen that a musician is on a world-wide tour and not replying to his emails. Or a label owner regular operation is demanding his full attention.

You may rest assured that we are undertaking whatever we can do to quicken shipping processes. Sometimes, however, our hands as tight as we are  depending on the supply availability of our partners. Thank you very much for your patience,
